Energize - Cancer-Related Fatigue Education Class

An education class for people with cancer who are experiencing extreme tiredness (cancer-related fatigue). Family members and support people are welcome.

Clients will learn:

  • about factors relating to cancer-related fatigue
  • how important health eating is
  • ways to manage your time and energy on a day to day basis
  • why exercise and movement are so important in helping manage fatigue

Classes are held on the 3rd Monday of the month from 1:00 - 2:30 PM. Registration is required as classes are subject to cancellation.
